you will need
cardboardscissors
brush
double sided mounting tape
paint
brush
glitter, stickers, construction paper are optional
first you cut the cardboard in to two equal pieces
next you cut small pieces of mounting tape and paste it on one of the boards and stick both pieces together...
then choose one side as the back and the other as front. on the back, stick lengthy pieces of mounting tape and on the front paint on the card board with the colour of your choice.
decorate your notice board with what ever you want and mount it on anywhere you want...
